1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each user is only allowed to register one account only on the jadiking8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile number, and valid bank account details in your own name. False or inaccurate information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, along with proof of bank account ownership. • Collusion fraud with other players in multiplayer games.

7 Account Security

9 Account Termination

Termination by jadiking8: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There is a legal or regulatory compliance requirement that necessitates termination.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of terms, JadiKing8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, winnings derived from bonuses, and funds associated with the violating activity.

The jadiking8 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or virus-free at all times.

JadiKing8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions or internet service outages beyond our control.
• Losses in games that are a natural random outcome of a certified RNG.
• Unauthorized use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
• Personal financial decisions made based on your gaming experience on our platform.

11 Terms Amendment
